Local Pickup: Customers that order FFL Items (firearms or other serialized items) and select “Local Pickup” as their delivery method will be required to complete a Form 4473 and background check prior to taking possession of their order.  All firearms or FFL Items that are purchased from Western Mountain Sports have Form 4473 and NICS checks included, there is no additional fee to complete this process. 

Shipping: Federal law requires this product to be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. Western Mountain Sports requires a copy of the dealer’s FFL for verification and shipping.
